【Abstract】 Research progress on monitoring and management to appointed medical institution of New Rural Cooperative Medical System(NRCMS) is summarized through literature review.The necessity of monitoring and management,expression and cause of irregular behavior of appointed medical institution,monitoring strategy and methods are discussed in this paper.Several suggestions are put forward lastly on further study,such as thorough analysis of irregular behavior to find out the key problems that impact the development of NRCMS,in-depth study of monitoring mechanism and legal environment construction,definition of the authority,role and functions of supervision institutes.更多还原
