【摘要】 目的:了解2010年1月-2011年12月上海市闵行区人群艾滋病病毒感染疫情特点,为艾滋病预防措施的制定提供科学依据。方法:采用ELISA法及胶体金法检测HIV抗体,两种方法均为阳性或者一阴一阳者送上海市疾病预防控制中心艾滋病确证实验室进行蛋白印迹试验(WB)确证。结果:调查对象中,0岁～17岁15例,18岁～39岁92例,40岁以上42例。职业包括工人,学生,干部职员,儿童,退休待业,分别占11.4%,2.7%,14.8%,10.1%,39.6%;感染途径为异性性行为,同性性行为,注射毒品,母婴传播,职业暴露,分别占42.9%,14.8%,9.4%,9.4%,0.7%。结论:闵行区艾滋病感染者职业分布广泛,具有高危人群向一般人群扩散的态势;青壮年感染数高于其余两个年龄组;感染途径以异性性行为为主,同性性行为感染不容忽视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the characteristics of patients with HIV from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011 in Minhang district,Shanghai and to provide a scientific basis for prevention measures of HIV/AIDS.Methods: Blood specimens were collected and tested for anti-HIV and SD.Results: There were 15 cases aged 0~17 years old,92 cases aged 18~39 years old and 42 cases above 40 years old,including workers(11.4%),students(2.7%),cadres(14.8%),children(10.1%) and retired people(39.6%).The infection routes were heterosexual behavior(42.9%),MSM(14.8%),drug injection(9.4%),mother-to-fetus transmission(9.4%) and occupational exposure(0.7%).Conclusion: AIDS cases had a wide distribution in different career fields in Minhang district.Those aged 18-39 years old were susceptible to AIDS.The main route of infection is Heterosexual behavior,but MSM can not be ignored.更多还原
