【摘要】 目的:调查舟山海岛地区育龄期妇女叶酸水平并分析其相关影响因素,为在育龄期妇女中进行叶酸干预提供依据。方法:通过分层整群随机抽样的方法选取舟山地区504名育龄期妇女进行血清叶酸测定及问卷调查。结果:舟山地区育龄期妇女血清叶酸平均水平为11.44±5.48 nmol/L,叶酸缺乏率为19.44%。504名舟山地区育龄期妇女中知晓叶酸的比率为40.08%,年纪较轻、居住在市区、文化程度较高、职业为教科文卫公务员的育龄期妇女叶酸知晓率较高(P<0.05)。结论:舟山海岛地区育龄期妇女血清叶酸水平和叶酸相关知识知晓率均较低,需对其加强健康教育,减少叶酸缺乏相关疾病的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the folic acid nutrition conditions and its health effect on child-bearing women in Zhoushan archipelago.Methods: Five hundred and four child-bearing women in Zhoushan were selected by stratified clustering sampling,and their serum folic acid concentrations were determined and analyzed.Results: The mean concentration of serum folic acid of child-bearing women in Zhoushan archipelago was 11.44±5.48 nmol/L,the prevalence of folic acid deficiency was 19.44%.The awareness rate of folic acid was 40.08% in 504 women in Zhoushan archipelago.The awareness rate of folic acid was significantly higher in younger women living in urban area with higher educational level in educational,scientific,cultural,health care,civil undertaking fields(P<0.05).Conclusion: Both the concentration of serum folic acid and knowing rate of folic acid were low in child-bearing women in Zhoushan archipelago.Propaganda and education on child-bearing women in Zhoushan archipelago should be strengthened.更多还原
