工作场所空气中三乙胺测定方法的研究

【摘要】 目的:建立气相色谱热针进样测定工作场所空气中三乙胺方法。方法:碱性硅胶管采集,0.1 mol/L硫酸溶液解吸,经色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果:空气中三乙胺在0.5μg/ml~100μg/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.9995,最低检出浓度为0.07 mg/m3(以采集7.5 L空气样品计),回收率91.2%~95.6%;相对标准偏差2.3%~4.2%。结论:本方法适用于工作场所空气中三乙胺的浓度测定。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an GC-FID hot needle injection method for determination of triethylamine in the workplace air.Methods: Triethylamine was sampled by solid sorbent tube with alkaline silica gel,and determined by GC-FID after desorbed by 0.1 mol/L H2SO4,the retain time was used for qualitation and the peak area was used for quantitation.Results: The linearity was good in the range of 0.5 μg/ml~100 μg/ml with the correlation coefficient of 0.9995;the limit of determination for triethylamine residue was 0.07 mg/m3(calculated with 7.5 L air sample),the recovery were 91.2%~95.6%;,with the relative standard deviation(RSD) of 2.3%~4.2%.Conclusion: This method is suitable for analysis of triethylamine′s concentration in the workplace air.
