反相高效液相色谱法快速测定海产品中6种工业染料

【摘要】 目的:建立海产品中6种工业染料快速检测方法。方法:样品采用乙腈直接匀浆提取、浓缩,C18色谱柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm)洗脱分离,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:6种工业染料在0 mg/L~5.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999,检测限均达到0.04 mg/kg。回收率范围为78%~99%,相对标准偏差均小于7%。结论:该方法快速、简便、实用,适合基层单位日常工作检测使用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for rapid determination of 6 industrial dyes in seafoods by HPLC.Methods: Sample was homogenized with acetonitrile and concentrated.The separation of these dyes was carried out on a C18 column with 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate(0.1% formic acid) + methanol as mobile phase.The quantification was accomplished by external standard method.Results: The calibration curves showed good linearity for 6 analytes between 0 mg/L~5.0 mg/L(r>0.999) with detection limits of 0.04 mg/kg.The spiked recoveries in aquatic products samples ranged from 78%~99% with RSDs less than 7%.Conclusion: The method was rapid,convenient and practical,and suitable for determination of these 6 industrial dyes in seafoods in daily work.
