气相色谱法测定工作场所空气中乙酰甲胺磷

【摘要】 目的:用气相色谱法对工作场所空气中乙酰甲胺磷进行测定。方法:采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料管采样,用甲醇作解吸溶剂,添加分析保护剂,用DB-1701毛细管柱分离,FPD检测。结果:乙酰甲胺磷的质量浓度在0.5μg/ml~15μg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.03μg/ml,回收率为106%~108%,批内和批间的相对标准偏差均小于5%,解吸效率为99%~104%。结论:方法的线性范围宽,重现性好,准确度高,适用于工作场所空气中乙酰甲胺磷的测定。

【Abstract】 Objective:Acephate in the working area was determined by gas chromatography.Methods: Acephate in the air was collected with polyurethane foamed plastic tube,desorbed with methanl,and protective agent for analysis was added in it,separated with DB-1701 capillary column,detected with FPD.Results: Linear relationship between values of peak and mass concentration of acephate was found in the range of 0.5 μg/ml~15 μg/ml.The limit of detection was 0.03 μg/ml,the recovery efficiency was 106%~108%.The relative standard deviation within and between the batch was less than 5%.The desorption efficiency was 99.0 %~104%.Conclusion: It was proved that the method is suitable for the determination of acephate in the working area.This method has a wide linear response range,good reproducibility and high accuracy.
