血清肝细胞生长因子和胎盘生长因子在妊娠高血压疾病中的检测意义

【摘要】 目的:研究肝细胞生长因子(HGF)和胎盘生长因子(PLGF)水平在妊娠高血压疾病(HDCP)中的变化,探讨血清HGF和PLGF水平变化与HDCP疾病严重程度的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法检测及比较分析80例HDCP患者(其中妊娠期高血压30例,轻度子痫前期30例,重度子痫前期20例)和30例正常对照孕妇的血清HGF、PLGF水平。结果:HDCP组的血清HGF、PLGF测定值均低于正常对照组(P<0.01);HGF在妊娠期高血压组、轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组间比较差别均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),而血清PLGF在以上各组间比较差别均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:HDCP患者HGF和PLGF水平均明显下降,而且PLGF水平随病情的加重而下降;检测产妇的血清HGF和PLGF可以预测诊断HDCP的发生及病情分析。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the changes of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) and placental growth factor(PLGF) levels in pregnant women with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP),and investigate the relationship of serum HGF and PLGF levels and HDCP degree.Methods:Enzyme linked immunosorbentassay method was used to detect the levels of HGF,PLGF in serum of 80 patients with HDCP and 30 normal pregnantwomen.Results:The levels of HGF,PLGF in serum of HDCP group were significant lower than those in normal control group;The level of HGF showed no significant difference in the gestational hypertensive group,mild preeclampsia group,severe preeclampsia group;While the level of PLGF in serum showed significant difference in the above every two group.Conclusion:The levels of HGF and PLGF in patients with HDCP decreased significantly,the level of PLGF dropped with the severity of the disease.Detection of maternal HGF and PLGF in serum can help the diagnosis and analysis of HDCP.
