脉冲场凝胶电泳检测一起汤卜逊沙门菌食物中毒
Detection of Salmonella Thompson in food poisoning by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis
【摘要】 目的:用脉冲场凝胶电泳对一起食物中毒所分离的汤卜逊沙门菌进行同源性分析。方法:对分离的沙门菌进行生化鉴定、血清学分型、药敏试验后,进行PFGE检测并用Bio Numerics软件对PFGE分型图谱进行分析并绘出聚类分析图。结果:此次食物中毒分离到8株沙门菌,其中5株是从病人大便或肛拭分离,1株是从厨房抹布分离,2株是从剩余食物分离。经PFGE分析,病人的5株和剩余羊肉的1株完全相同,牛肉和抹布中的2株有1~2条电泳条带的差异。结论:此次食物中毒是由羊肉携带的汤卜逊沙门菌引起。
【Abstract】 Objective:Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) was used for homology analysis of Salmonella Thompson isolated from a food poisoning.Methods: The Salmonella strains were detected by biochemical identification,serotyping and drug sensitive test as well as PFGE.The results of PFGE were analyzed by BioNumerics software.Results: A total of 8 strains of S.Thompson were isolated from this food poisoning,five from patient stools or anal swabs,one from kitchen dishcloth and two from remaining foods.Through the PFGE analysis,the 5 strains from patients and 1 from mutton were the same,the strains from beef and kitchen dishcloth had difference in 1~2 electrophoretic bands.Conclusion: The food poisoning was caused by Salmonella Thompson from mutton.
