河北省北戴河2009年暑期食品安全状况监测分析
Analysis on summer food safety in Beidaihe of Hebei province in 2009
【摘要】 目的:了解河北省北戴河暑期食品安全状况。方法:按照河北省疾病预防控制中心制定的监测方案要求,集中在宾馆、集贸市场、饭店、超市、熟食店、路边小吃摊点等经营场所,对饮用水、饮料、蔬菜、水果、熟肉制品和凉拌菜等六类食品进行抽样监测。结果:共抽检六类食品324个样品,平均合格率为81.8%,其中饮用水、蔬菜、水果抽检合格率均为100%,饮料抽检合格率为94.7%,熟肉制品和凉拌菜抽检合格率分别为57.5%和24.0%。结论:北戴河暑期食品安全状况整体较好,但熟肉制品和凉拌菜两类食品安全状况有待大幅度提高。
【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the status of summer food safety in Beidaihe of Hebei province.Methods:According to the requirements of monitoring scheme formulated by Hebei Center for Disease Prevention and Control,samples of drinking water,beverages,vegetables,fruits,cooked meat and salad light food from the hotel and market fair,restaurants,supermarkets,deli,roadside snacks were detected and the results of the 6 types of food samples were analyzed.Results:The total qualification rate of 324 food samples in 6 types was 81.8%,and the qualified rates for drinking water,fruits and vegetables were 100%,94.7% for beverages,57.5% for cooked meat and 24.0% for salad light food.Conclusion:Summer food safety situation was good overall in Beidaihe in 2009,but the safety situation of the cooked meat and the salad light food remained to be improved.
