流式细胞术在CML-CP和N-LR鉴别诊断中的应用
Application of flow cytometry in differential diagnosis of CML-CP and N-LR
【摘要】 目的:探讨流式细胞术在慢性粒细胞白血病慢性期(CML-CP)和中性粒型类白血病反应(N-LR)鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:采用流式细胞术检测10例CMP-CP和8例N-LR患者骨髓免疫表型。结果:CML-CP的CD117、CD56、BCR-ABL阳性率高于N-LR,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);CML-CP的CD13、CD33平均荧光强度(MFI)、中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶染色(NAP)阳性率和积分均低于N-LR,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:流式检测骨髓病态造血有助于CML-CP和N-LR的鉴别诊断。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application value of flow cytometry(FCM) in differential diagnosis of chronic myeloid leukemia chronic phase(CML-CP) and neutrophilic leukemoid reaction(N-LR).Methods:The immunophenotype of bone marrow in 10 patients with CML-CP and 8 patients with N-LR were detected by FCM.Results:The positive rates of CD117,CD56 and BCR-ABL fusion protein in patients with CML-CP were significantly higher than those in patients with N-LR(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The mean fluorescence intensity(MFI) of CD13 and CD33,positive rates and score of neutrophil alkaline phosphatase(NAP) were significantly lower than those in patients with N-LR(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Bone marrow(BM) dyshaematopoiesis detection by FCM was of great value for differential diagnosis of CML-CP and N-LR.
