【摘要】 目的:了解大兴区市售食用菌铅、汞、镉的污染状况。方法:按照GB/T5009-2003对样品进行前处理并测定。结果:2010年-2011年共监测85件样品,铅的合格率为97.6%,镉的合格率为87.1%,汞的合格率为95.4%。结论:大兴区市售食用菌中铅、镉、汞均存在不同程度的污染,需加强监测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the pollution status of lead,hydrargyrum and cadmium in agarics on markets of Daxing district and to provide the scientific basis for readucing pollution in agarics.Methods: The analytical method based on the national standard method GB/T5009-2003.Results: 85 samples in total were detected from 2010 to 2011,the qualified rate for lead,cadmium and hydrargyrum were 97.6%,87.1% and 95.4% respectively.Conclusion: Pollution of lead,cadmium and hydrargyrum in agarics showed different levels,need to strengthen surveillance.更多还原
