【Abstract】 Chengwu is located in the Heze group of Lunan urban belt, a typical underdeveloped area. Currently, underdeveloped areas face with the strategic challenge of regional industrial transfer and rapid urbanization, thus fast and smart development being the practical needs, among which exploring reasonable city positioning is the primary strategies to guide the direction and approach of city development. This article demonstrate the developmental driving force by analyzing the strategic position and regional pattern of Chengwu, based on the characteristics of resources background and current situation, and then explore the city positioning, finally elaborate the method of city positioning in accordance with the demand of rapid development of underdeveloped areas undertransitionalperiod.更多还原
