氨基酸偶联糖:新型螯合剂的发展策略
Conjugating glycoside with amino acid:a strategy to develop new chelating agents
【摘要】 螯合剂在临床上用于治疗血中重金属,例如铅、镉和铂等含量超标。由于临床应用的螯合剂大都有严重的毒副作用,所以急需新型螯合剂。诸多文献报道了一系列新型螯合剂的治疗策略。在寻找毒副作用最小的螯合剂的过程中,我们提出了糖和氨基酸偶联的螯合剂治疗策略。本文综述了这种螯合剂治疗策略的进展、特色与优势。
【Abstract】 Chelation therapy is clinically used if the levels of heavy metals,such as lead,cadmium and platinum,in the blood are abnormal high.Most of clinically used chelating agents have side effects and a series of new chelating agents were investigated.To develop new chelating agents with minimal side effects the conjugates of saccharide and amino acids were discovered.This paper reviewed their potential of heavy metal intoxication in vitro and in vivo,as well as their effect on the levels of essential metals.
