【摘要】 现在保障房建设在全国正如火如荼、铺天盖地地展开,在快速推进的过程中,一方面社会期盼着保障房建设能够有效地解决中低收入家庭的住房困难问题、调控房地产市场,另一方面也在不断摸索总结保障房建设的模式和政策,确保这项民生工程的健康顺利发展。本文从规划设计的角度来审视广州进行的保障房建设,从中希望能对一些规划和建筑设计的标准和方法作出一些反思,以利进一步完善保障房规划建设的标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social housing development is in fast track in China now.During the rapid construction,it is expected that the housing shortage for the disadvantaged groups could be solved and real estate market be regulated,and at the same time,new mechanisms and policies could be generalized. The paper examines the social housing construction in Guangzhou from the perspective of planning and design.Reflections on planning and design standards and methods are presented,so that the experiences could benefit future development.更多还原
