【摘要】 基础教育课程改革对教师的专业化成长提出了全新的挑战,西部欠发达地区农村教师由于受经济因素、观念因素、管理因素的影响,导致专业发展滞后。探索新课程背景下西部欠发达地区农村教师专业发展问题的对策,(1)树立正确的教育观念,奠定教师专业发展的基石;(2)加大对农村教育的投入,为教师专业发展提供物质保障;(3)改变教师在职培训方式,切实保证职后专业教育的实效;(4)引导教师做反思型教师,促进教师专业发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform of the elementary education curriculum is a new challenge to the development of the teachers’ professional training.Restricted by local economy,the concept,the management efficiency and the teachers’ professional training in western under-developed areas remains rather backward.Based on the study of the new courses,this paper is aimed at proposing the following solutions: 1 To establish the correct concept of education and lay a solid foundation for the teacher’s professional training;2 to increase the government’s investment in rural education and provide substantial support to rural teachers;3 to adjust the present training mode to ensure the effect of the professional education;4 to encourage and guide the teachers to reflect on their teaching and promote their professional development.更多还原
