【摘要】 采用HPLC方法测定温毒清浸膏中栀子苷的含量。流动相:乙腈-水(15∶85);流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:238 nm;色谱柱:Diamonsi L C18(5μm,200 mm×4.6 mm);柱温:25℃;理论塔板数不低于1 500。结果显示,栀子苷进样量在0.060-0.600μg范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率99.32%,RSD为1.26%。表明该方法准确可靠,重现性好,可作为温毒清浸膏的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the content of geniposide in Wenduqing extractum by HPLC.Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile and water(15∶85)with the flow rate of 1 mL/min at 238 nm,the chromatographic column was Diamonsi L C18(5 μm,200 mm×4.6 mm) at 25 ℃,and theoretical plate number was no less than 1 500.Results: There was a good linearity for geniposide in Wenduqing extractum in the range of 0.060-0.600 μg with average recovery rate of 99.32% and RSD of 1.26%.Conclusion: HPLC was suitable to use to control the quality of Wenduqing extractum for its accuracy and repeatability.更多还原
