【Abstract】 Under the city upgrade tide,Dali recycled metal industry is in the dilemma of advance or retreat: the Dali’s non-ferrous metal industry chain will be shaken if the industry is limited,and the village income and the development of the tertiary industry will be affected.On the contrary,some problems will occur,such as city upgrade difficulty,land space curing,deterioration of social environment and vicious competition in the industry,if the industry develops without any regulation,which will finally cause a dead end.So,the industry should not grow with only one mode,and the reasonable choice is to develop with condition,to promote with regulation,to transform with purpose under the principle of industrial transformation and city upgrade.更多还原
