车削过程中工件模态时变特性的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Time-dependent Model of Work-piece During Turning
【摘要】 建立车削工件的力学模型及其弯曲振动的时变微分方程,指出车削过程中工件的自振频率及振型具有时变特性。利用ABAQUS软件对车削工件进行了有预应力的模态分析,得到了工件在不同车削长度时各阶模态的自振频率及振型。计算表明随着车削长度的增加,工件的一阶自振频率先增大后减少,一阶自振频率-车削长度曲线呈近似的抛物线分布。
【Abstract】 The mechanical model and the time-varying differential equation of bending vibration was established.It was pointed out that the natural frequency and vibration modes have a time-dependent feature.Using the ABAQUS software the pre-stress effect modal analysis of the turning work-piece on the lathe was analyzed and the natural frequencies and vibration modes at different turning length were obtained.The calculation indicates that with the increase in turning length,the first-order natural frequency increased,then it decreased and curve of the natural frequency-turning length displayed as a parabolic distribution.
