【摘要】 目的比较高危型HPV检测与液基细胞学(TCT)在宫颈癌前病变筛查中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我中心妇科门诊有宫颈疾病并行组织病理学检查的患者827例,其中每例患者均曾行HPV检测或TCT检测,比较高危型HPV检测和液基细胞学(TCT)检测在筛查CIN2及以上病变中的阳性率、灵敏度、特异度。结果高危型HPV检测在筛查CIN2及以上病变中的阳性率(75.6%)高于TCT检测(38.6%),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);方法学比较高危型HPV检测灵敏度(95.9%)高于TCT检测(47.9%),特异度(80%)也高于TCT检测(61.2%)。结论高危型HPV检测作为筛选癌前病变的方法优于TCT检测,具有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the performance of HPV testing compared with liquid-based cytology for cervical cancer screening.Methods 827 women who were attending routine cervical screening were enrolled.Cervial specimens were.Obtained for liquid-based cytology or HPV DNA testing.Colposcopy and diagnostic biopsies were done on everyone.Comparision of the two methods of positive rate,sensitivity,specificity.Results HPV testing positive rate(75.6%) is significantly higher than TCT testing(38.6%);methodlogical HPV testing is higher than that of TCT testing in sensitivity(95.9% vs 47.9%) and in specificity(80% vs 61.2%).Conclusion HPV testing has important clinical application because it can improve detection sensitivity and specificity on early screening of cervical cancer.更多还原
