HIF-1α及CAⅨ在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义
Expression of HIF-1Α and CAⅨ in breast carcinoma and their clinical significance
【摘要】 目的检测乳腺癌组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和缺氧相关蛋白碳酸酐酶-9(CAⅨ)的蛋白表达水平并分析与其它临床病理特征的关系及两者相关性。方法用免疫组织化学Evinson法检测88例乳腺癌组织中HIF-1α和CAⅨ的蛋白表达水平。结果 88例乳腺癌组织中,有68例检测到HIF-1α阳性表达,阳性率为77℅,其中31例呈低表达(35%),37例呈高表达(42%)。88例乳腺癌组织中,有51例检测到CAⅨ阳性表达,阳性率为58℅,其中32例呈低表达(36%),19例呈高表达(22%);HIF-1α、CAⅨ表达与肿瘤大小、组织学分级、淋巴结转移密切相关,组织学分级越高,表达越强,与年龄无关,二者表达有明显相关性。结论 HIF-1α、CAⅨ在乳腺癌组织中的表达可能促进乳腺癌的发生发展,并且与低分化、预后不良有关。HIF-1α、CAⅨ可能共同促进乳腺癌侵袭转移。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the expressions of HIF-1α and CAⅨ in breast carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods The expressions of HIF-1α and CAⅨ were examined in 88 patients with breast carcinoma by using the immunohistochemical techniques Evinson.Results The positive rates of HIF-1α and CAⅨ expressions were 77℅ and 58℅ respectively.There were significant associations between HIF-1αexpression and histological grade,lymphnode metastasis and tumor size.There were none significant associations between HIF-1αexpression and age.The espression of CAⅨ had a correlation with tumor size,histological grade,lymphnode metastasis and HIF-1αexpression.There were none significant associations between CAⅨ expressions and age.Conclusion The expression of HIF-1αand CAⅨ was possibly involved in the development of breast cancer,and had correlations with low differentiation degree and bad prognosis.HIF-1αand CAⅨ may promote breast cancer invasion and metastasis togetherly.
