【摘要】 目的探讨结直肠癌患者组织真核细胞起始因子4E(eIF4E)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达及两者的相关性。方法入选在我院确诊的结直肠癌患者80例。免疫组化检测eIF4E和MMP-9的表达。分析eIF4E和患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、大小、分化程度、肿瘤侵润深度、临床分期及有无淋巴结转移等和MMP-9表达的关系。结果结直肠癌患者eIF4E和MMP-9的表达较癌旁正常组织明显升高。相关分析结果显示eIF4E的表达水平与肿瘤的侵润深度、有无淋巴结转移有关,与MMP-9的表达水平呈正相关。结论 eIF4E和MMP-9是结直肠癌患者恶性改变及判断其恶性程度的标记物,并在结直肠癌的侵袭和转移机制中发挥重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression level and the rela tionship between eukaryotic initiation factor 4E(eIF4E) and Matrix Metalloprote inase-9(MMP-9) in colorectal cancer patients.Methods 80 colorectal cancer confirmed by pathology patients were included in t he present study.The expression of eIF4E and MMP-9 in the cancer tissue and th e distal cut margin were detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between eIF4E and sex,age,tumor grade,?lymphonodus metastasis and the express ion of MMP-9 were amassed. Results The expression of eIF4E and MMP-9 were incre ased in the cancer tissue.The expression of eIF4E were significantly related to clinico-pathological features(depth of invasion and lymph-node metastasis).The expression of eIF4E was positively correlated with the expression of MMP-9.Conclusion The expression of eIF4E and MMP-9 plays an impo rtant role in the invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer and is helpful fo r the judgment of prognosis.更多还原
