【摘要】 目的探讨MUC1、MUC2两种粘蛋白在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法 30例宫颈鳞状细胞癌的组织样本(实验组)和10例轻度慢性宫颈炎的组织标本(对照组),应用免疫组织化学及Western blot技术检测组织内MUC1、MUC2两种粘蛋白在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达。结果 MUC1蛋白在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且浸润深度>3mm的癌组织的表达明显高于浸润深度≤3mm(P<0.05);而与发病人群的年龄、浸润范围、宫颈癌组织的分化及有无淋巴结转移无明显相关性;MUC2蛋白在宫颈鳞状细胞癌中无明显表达。结论 MUC1蛋白与子宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate MUC1,MUC2 two kinds of mucin in the cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods 30 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue samples(experimental group) and 10 patients with mild chronic cervicitis tissue samples(control group).We used immunohistochemistry and Western blot detection of tissue MUC1,MUC2 two kinds of mucin in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Results MUC1 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher(P<0.05) than control group,and depth of invasion>3 mm of the cancer tissue was significantly higher than the depth of invasion≤3 mm(P<0.05);while independent of the incidence of people with age,the scope of infiltration,differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and lymph node metastasis;MUC2 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma,no significant expression.Conclusion The MUC1 protein has relation of cervical squamous cell carcinoma’s occurrence and development.更多还原
