【摘要】 目的研究血清总IgE在季节性与常年性变应性鼻炎中的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫法检测62例变应性鼻炎患者和20例健康者血清总IgE水平,并进行相关性分析。结果季节性和常年性变应性鼻炎血清总IgE明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01),季节性变应性鼻炎血清总IgE明显高于常年性变应性鼻炎(P<0.01)。季节性变应性鼻炎症状和体征高于常年性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清总IgE水平与变应性鼻炎的发作强度呈正相关,有助于临床诊断及病情评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of total serum IgE in the seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis,and discuss its clinical significance.Methods Use the enzymeleague immune method to detect the level of total serum IgE in 62 patients with allergic rhinitis and 20 healthy persons,and make correlation analysis.Results the level of total serum IgE in seasonal and perennial group were significantly higher than the healthy group(P<0.01),the level in the seasonal group was significantly higher than the perennial group(P<0.01),The signs and symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis were higher perennial group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of total serum IgE and the attack intensity of allergic rhinitis was positively correlated,which contributes to the clinical diagnosis and disease evaluation.更多还原
