【摘要】 目的探讨Desmin在大肠癌与癌旁组织中的的表达及其意义。方法采用液质联用技术对18例新鲜的大肠癌患者的肿瘤组织及癌旁组织检测Desmin的表达情况。结果通过液质联用技术对大肠癌肿瘤组织及癌旁组织进行分离分析,对有差异的蛋白质点进行质谱鉴定,Desmin在癌组织中较癌旁组织中表达降低,并通过免疫印迹进一步验证准确性。结论 Desmin蛋白的低表达可能与大肠癌的癌变有密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Desmin in the colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissues.Methods The expression of Deamin protein was detected by two-dimensional chromatography and mass spectrometry method in the Colorectal cancer tissue in Dukes B period and adjacent normal tissue for 18 cases.Results we separated and analyzed the colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues by two-dimensional chromatography and mass spectrometry method,then identified the different protein spots,we found Deamin protein expressed decreased significantly in colorectal cancer tissues compared with normal adjacent tissues,finally,We took advantage of Western blot to verify the accuracy.Conclusion Desmin protein expressed decredsed in tumor tissues may have close relationship with colorectal cancer’canceration.更多还原
