西藏黄牛不同海拔群体血清GCK、CK-MB、LDH酶含量比较

【摘要】 选择不同海拔高度(2 900~3 100,3 700~3 800,3 900~4 100,4 500~4 600m)饲养的西藏黄牛,用ELISA法测定不同海拔高度下牛血清中GCK、CK-MB、LDH酶的含量。采血后2h内对血清酶含量进行实地测定,并对结果进行统计分析。结果表明,GCK随海拔高度的升高,酶含量明显降低,呈现负相关性,组间方差分析为F=92.636,P=0.000,差异极显著;CK-MB含量亦随海拔高度的升高表现出显著性降低,呈现负相关性,组间方差分析结果为F=39.238,P=0.000,差异极显著;LDH酶系的含量变化幅度不大,组间方差分析结果F=3.223,P=0.029,差异显著。这表明高海拔对血清GCK、CK-MB酶(系)的含量具有一定的影响。

【Abstract】 The activity change of GCK,CK-MB,LDH seroenzyme under different altitude(2 900-3 100,3 700-3 800,3 900-4 100,4 500-4 600 m) were determined and compared in Tibet Bos taurus domesticus.The seroenzyme were measured on the spot with in 2 h after sampling blood.The results showed that content of GCK decreasd obviously with rising altitude and showed negative correlation,ANOVA of among groups was extremely significant difference with F=92.636,P=0.000.The content of CK-MB was the same as GCK,ANOVA of among groups was extremely significant difference with F=39.238,P=0.000.The content of LDH changed relatively little,ANOVA of among groups was significant difference with F=3.223,P=0.029.The experimental results demonstrated that the different altitude affected the content of GCK,CK-MB seroenzyme.
