【摘要】 【目的】探讨妊娠晚期双球囊导管引产成功的影响因素。【方法】回顾性分析108例病例资料,以引产成功或失败为结果变量,以多个临床指标(包括年龄、产次、BMI、先露衔接等)为自变量,进行单因素及多因素Logistic回归方法分析。【结果】单因素Logistic回归分析显示有统计学意义且与引产成功正相关的因素是产次和先露衔接,负相关的因素包括产妇体质量、体质量指数(BMI)及新生儿体质量等3项。多因素分析进入回归方程的指标有年龄、产次、BMI、先露衔接等4项。【结论】产次、BMI、先露衔接及年龄可作为预测双球囊导管引产成功的有效预测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To investigate influential factors on successful application of double balloon catheter for labor induction in the third trimester pregnancy.【Methods】The medical documents of 108 patients were reviewed retrospectively and the data were collected.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed,in which the discharged results(success or failure) as dependent variables and characteristics(including age,parity,maternal body mass index(BMI),engagement onset of head,et al) as independent variables were included.【Results】In univariate regression,the significant positive variables for outcome were parity and engagement onset of head,and the negative variables were weight,BMI,birth and weight.The variables entered the multivariate regression included age,parity,BMI,engagement onset of head.【Conclusion】The age,parity,BMI and engagement shows good prediction performance for prognosis of double balloon catheter for labor induction.更多还原
