氨基酸分析方法的研究进展
Research development for amino acid analysis and determination
【摘要】 氨基酸分析技术在生命科学、食品科学、临床医学等领域研究中都起着至关重要的作用。近年来,人们越来越重视氨基酸分析方法的革新和改进,氨基酸分析的速度、灵敏度、仪器自动化水平提高至一个崭新的水平,使氨基酸分析方法发展成为一种具有广泛适应性的分析方法。本文综述了氨基酸分析检测的常用方法及其研究进展,主要介绍了柱后衍生阳离子交换色谱法(HPCEC)、柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)、积分脉冲安培检测法(HPAEC-IPAD)、超高压液相色谱法(UPLC)及毛细管电泳法(CE),探讨了其各自的优缺点,比较了常用的柱前衍生剂,并对氨基酸分析方法的发展趋势进行了展望,为建立氨基酸分析方法提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Amino acid analysis technology plays an important role in life science,food science,clinical medicine research. In recent years,more attention was paid to the innovation and improvement of analysis methods of amino acids. The speed,sensitivity,level of automatics analysis made analysis of amino acid to a wide application.This paper reviews the amino acid analysis testing method and its research progress,mainly including the chromatography (HPCEC),precolumn derivatization reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC),integrated pulsed amperometric detection(HPAEC - IPAD),ultra high - pressure liquid chromatography(UPLC) and capillary electrophoresis(CE).In addition,the advantages and disadvantages of these methods,comparison of the commonly used precolumn derivatization agent,and the development trends of the analysis methods of amino acids are also discussed.It provides the reference for establishment analysis method of amino acid.
