【摘要】 目的探究肺癌组织中Endoglin表达和微血管密度(MVD)与凋亡指数和临床病理特性之间的相关性。方法回顾性对照研究我院行肺癌根治手术后随访大于5年且临床资料完整的60例肺癌患者的临床资料,根据患者的生存时间分为三组,生存时间≥5年者为A组、生存时间3～5年者为B组,生存时间<5年者为C组,分别研究肺癌组织Endoglin的表达、MVD计数、凋亡指数(AI)与肿瘤病理、分期、预后、凋亡指数间的关系。结果 A组患者的MVD记数平均为(26.32±8.49),平均术后生存期为(6.5±1.3)年,与B、C组相比,均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);A、B、C组凋亡分数(AI)分别为(5.67±3.11)%、(8.49±3.42)%、(16.57±2.68)%,三组间两两比较,均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论肺癌中的Endoglin表达和MVD记数与肺癌的凋亡指数密切相关,且MVD记数越高,凋亡指数越高,肿瘤恶性程度越高,预后越差。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Endoglin in lung cancer tissue and microvessel density (MVD) and apoptosis index and clinical pathological characteristics of the correlation between.MethodsA retrospective case-control study of lung cancer radical operation line followed up for more than 5 years and complete clinical data of 60 cases of lung cancer patients with the clinical data,according to the survival time of patients were divided into three groups,the survival time was more than five years for the A group,the survival time ranged from three to five years for the B group,the survival time < five years for the C group,respectively study of lung tissue Endoglin expression,MVD counts,apoptosis index (AI) and tumor pathology,staging,prognosis,apoptosis index relation.ResultsIn group A MVD notation for an average of (26.32±8.49),the average postoperative survival time was (6.5±1.3) y,and B,compared with C group,P<0.05,with statistically significant.A,B,C group of apoptotic scores (AI) were (5.67±3.11)%,(8.49±3.42)%,(16.57±2.68)%,three group with statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe expression of Endoglin in lung cancer and MVD counting and lung cancer is closely related to the apoptosis index,and MVD counting is higher,the apoptotic index is higher,the malignant degree is higher,the worse the prognosis.更多还原
