【摘要】 目的探讨环状混合痔的联合手术治疗方法。方法回顾分析了2008年10月至2012年6月我院用PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗198例环状混合痔的临床资料。结果此组患者全部痊愈,近远期效果均满意。结论联合使用PPH和外剥内扎的手术治疗效果明显优于单一的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the combined operation of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids Methods The clinical data of 198 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids with PPH plus external dissection & internal ligation were analyzed retrospectively from October,2008 to June,2012.Results All the patients were cured,long-term results were satisfactory.Conclusion Combined operation of PPH plus external dissection & internal ligation are superior to the single operation.更多还原
