【摘要】 目的探讨椎管内神经鞘瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法对2007～2010年收治的38例椎管神经鞘瘤进行回顾性分析。结果手术治疗后28例恢复正常或基本正常,8例残余症状,2例无变化。结论 CT及MRI在椎管内神经鞘瘤的诊断中是必要的,手术为唯一有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of intraspinal schwannoma.Methods Take reviewable analysis on 38 case of intraspinal schwannoma from 2007 to 2010 years.Results After surgery,the 28 cases were recovered,8 cases were symptom left and 2 cases were invariant.Conclusion CT and MRI are necessary of intraspinal schwannoma,operation is the only effective treatment.更多还原
