碱性成纤维细胞生长因子氧气雾化在头面部烧伤的疗效观察

【摘要】 目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)应用于头面部烧伤的疗效。方法将70例头面部烧伤的患者随机分成观察组和对照组各35例,观察组应用bFGF配合氧气雾化治疗,对照组按以往采用0.9%氯化钠超声雾化湿化。结果观察组创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,并发症少,瘢痕形成少,色素沉着少。结论 bFGF配合氧气雾化应用于头面部烧伤患者能有效促进创面愈合,减少感染和瘢痕,提高临床治疗效果,患者感觉舒适,提高患者对医疗护理的满意度。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of treatment of face and neck burns treated with basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF). Methods Seventy face and neck burns patients were divided into the observation group (35patients) and control group (35 patients) randomly. Patients in observation group were treated with recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) combine with oxygen atomization; patients in control group were treated with 0.9%NaCl Ultrasonic atomization humidification as usual. Results Wound healing time was shorter in observation group than that in group B. Patients satisfaction with wound healing was greater in group A than that in control group,and less Scar formation and less complications and less cutaneous pigmentation. Conclusion BFGF combine with oxygen atomization to treat face and neck burns would exhibits shorter wound healing time and less complications.It is help to improve the clinical treatment effect and improve patients’ satisfaction.
