慢性心力衰竭患者超敏C-反应蛋白和尿酸检测的临床意义
Detection of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein and uric acid in patients with chronic heart failure and their clinical significance
【摘要】 目的探讨慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者治疗前后血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和尿酸测定的临床价值。方法 105例CHF患者按NYHA分级标准分为Ⅱ~Ⅳ级,分别在治疗前后采血进行血清hs-CRP和尿酸水平测定,并与31例健康体检者(对照组)的水平进行比较。结果 CHF患者治疗前后血清hs-CRP和尿酸水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);不同心功能分级间hs-CRP和尿酸水平比较,均有极显著性差异(心功能Ⅳ级>Ⅲ级>Ⅱ级,P<0.01);心功能3个级别的患者在治疗后血清hs-CRP和尿酸水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论 CHF患者血清hs-CRP和尿酸水平与心功能不全严重程度密切相关,动态观察两者水平的变化对判断病情、观察治疗效果及评价预后有重要的临床价值。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and uric acid detected in chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods The serum levels of hs-CRP and uric acid were detected in 105 CHF patients(NYHA class Ⅱ to Ⅳ) before and after treatment, and compared with those of 31 healthy cases(control group) . Results The levels of serum hs-CRP and uric acid in CHF patients before and after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control(all P<0.01). There were obvious differences in the levels of serum hs-CRP and uric acid among various heart function class(NYHA class Ⅳ>NYHA class Ⅲ>NYHA class Ⅱ, all P<0.01). The levels of serum hs-CRP and uric acid in CHF patients dropped after treatment(two P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of serum hs-CRP and uric acid in CHF patients are correlated with severity of cardiac dysfunction. Moving observation of serum hs-CRP and uric acid levels have important clinical value for judging the severity and assessing the therapeutic effects and prognosis.
