【摘要】 目的探讨经皮门静脉穿刺治疗对老年肠系膜上静脉血栓患者的抢救成功率及取栓效果。方法将我院确诊为肠系膜上静脉血栓形成老年患者100例,简单随机化法随机分为对照组50例(常规治疗)、观察组50例(经皮门静脉穿刺治疗),对照两组患者治疗前后D-二聚体、外周血白细胞、肠系膜上静脉血管造影变化及治疗后7d患者治愈、有效、好转率、死亡率。结果两组患者治疗前D-二聚体、外周血白细胞、肠系膜上静脉显示(t=3.34、3.66、3.65,P>0.05,无显著性差异)。两组患者治疗后D-二聚体、外周血白细胞、肠系膜上静脉管径显示(t=5.34、5.66、4.65,P<0.05,具有显著性差异)。治疗7d后有效、好转率、死亡率比较(t=4.35、4.56、6.67,P<0.05,具有显著性差异)。结论经皮门静脉穿刺取栓术治疗老年肠系膜上静脉血栓患者具有抢救成功率高及取栓效果好的特点,增加老年患者手术安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the percutaneous transhepatic portal vein puncture in the treatment of superior mesenteric venous thrombosis in elderly patients with the success rate of rescue and embolectomy effect.Methods Our hospital diagnosed with superior mesenteric venous thrombosis in elderly patients100 cases,simple randomization were randomly divided into 50 cases in the control group (conventional treatment),50 cases in observation group (percutaneous transhepatic portal vein puncture treatment),control group two patients before and after treatment of D-two dimers,peripheral blood leukocytes,superior mesenteric vein angiographic changes after treatment and7 d patients cured,effective,improvement rate,mortality rate.Results The two groups before treatment in the patients with D-two dimers,peripheral blood leukocytes,superior mesenteric vein display (t=3.34,3.66,3.65,P> 0.05,have no significant difference).Two groups of patients after treatment of D-two dimers,peripheral blood leukocytes,superior mesenteric vein diameter display (t=5.34,5.66,4.65,P< 0.05,with significant difference).After 7 d treatment effectively,improvement rate,comparison of mortality (t=4.35,4.56,6.67,P<0.05,with significant difference).Conclusion Percutaneous transhepatic portal vein puncture embolectomy for treatment of elderly patients with superior mesenteric venous thrombosis with high success rate of rescue and embolectomy good effect,increased in elderly patients with operation safety.更多还原
