【摘要】 目的探讨伴胫骨平台后侧骨折的手术治疗方法。方法对29例伴有胫骨平台后侧骨折的患者采取了从前侧手术入路开窗复位植骨固定手术治疗进行回顾性分析。结果 29例均获随访,随访时间l3个月至6年,平均42个月。Rasmussen膝关节功能评分法评估疗效:总分优8例、良13例、可7例、差1例,优良率72.4%。本组无腓总神经,胫后血管损伤,无皮瓣坏死、伤口感染、内固定松动及断裂等并发症。结论前侧手术入路开窗复位植骨固定术在治疗伴有胫骨平台侧骨折的手术中,操作安全简单,可获得良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate surgical treatment technique with tibial plateau posterior fracture.Methods 29 patients with tibial plateau posterior fractures take the anterior surgical approach,use to reset windows and graft bone graft fixation,which were analyzed retrospectively.Results 29 cases were followed up for l3 months to 6 years,an average of 42 months.Rasmussen assess knee function score effect: total 8 cases of excellent,good in 13 cases,7 cases can be,and poor in 1 case,an excellent rate of 72.4%.There were no common peroneal nerve and posterior tibial vascular injury,no flap necrosis,wound infection,and fracture fixation complications such as loosening.Conclusion Anterior surgical approach with reset window and bone graft fixation in the treatment of bone graft fixation with fractures of the tibial plateau of the operation side,the safe operation,simple and good treatment available.更多还原
