【摘要】 目的讨论恶性心律失常急救过程中的相关问题,为临床提高参考。方法回顾性分析我院急诊科自2006年1月至2012年1月收治的42例恶性心律失常患者的临床资料,总结心肺复苏和药物治疗的经验。结果 42例患者经积极抢救,成功35例,死亡7例。结论恶性心律失常急救的关键是动态的心电监护、及时电除颤、规范使用抗心律失常药物及心脏起搏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss problems related to malignant arrhythmias in first aid procedures,it provides reference for clinical.Methods The 42 patients with malignant arrhythmia patients for clinical material were retrospective analyzed from January 2006 to January 2012,cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) and drug treatment experience were summarized.Results 42 patients were positive to rescue,35 cases were successful,7 cases were of death.Conclusion Malignant arrhythmia emergency key is dynamic ECG monitoring,timely defibrillation,regulate the use of antiarrhythmic drugs and cardiac pacing.更多还原
