【摘要】 目的探讨Sysmex UF-1000i检测尿中的影响因素。方法随机抽取1000例门诊、住院患者新鲜尿,采用Sysmex UF-1000i、干化学法和显微镜检三种方法检测尿中红细胞。结果 Sysmex UF-1000i能快速检测尿中红细胞,但有一定的假阳性和假阴性结果。该仪器检测红细胞常受结晶、酵母样菌、细菌、影红细胞等影响。结论多种因素可以影响Sysmex UF-1000i检测尿中红细胞,因此该仪器不能完全替代显微镜的检测,Sysmex UF-1000i、干化学法及显微镜检三者互检,可使结果更准确,为临床提供更可靠的信息。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the factors that affect the examination of urinary erythrocyte by Sysmex UF-1000i.Methods 1000 random cases of outpatients and inpatients fresh urine were detected formed urinary erythrocyte with Sysmex UF-1000i,Urine dipsticks analyzer and microscope.Results Sysmex UF-1000i could quickly detect urinary erythrocyte,but appeared some false positive and false negative results.This analzer’s detection of urinary erythrocyte was often influenced with crystals,fungus,bacteria and erythrocyte ghosts.Conclusion Some factors can affect the urinary erythrocyte in Sysmex UF-1000i.So this analyzer can’t completely substitute for the microscopic examination.Combination of Sysmex UF-1000i,Urine dipsticks analyzer and microscopic examination can make the results more accurate and provide credible date for clinic.
