【摘要】 目的探讨超声诊断在小儿肠套叠诊治中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月至2011年12月间的74例经临床证实为肠套叠的高频彩色多普勒超声特点。结果本组74例经高频超声检查均能清晰显示肠套叠包块,明确诊断肠套叠,诊断符合率为100%,并能够判断是否合肠坏死。结论超声显像是小儿肠套叠早期诊断的首选方法,具有巨大的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic ultrasound in diagnosis and treatment of intussusception in clinical application.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2010 to December 2011 74 patients proved by clinic for intussusception of the high frequency color Doppler ultrasound characteristics.Results The 74 cases high frequency ultrasound can clearly display the intussusception mass,the definitive diagnosis of intussusception,diagnosis coincidence rate is 100%,and be able to judge whether intestinal necrosis.Conclusion Ultrasound is the preferred method of early diagnosis of intussusception in children,have a huge advantage.更多还原
