莱菔子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐提取工艺的优化
Semen raphani of sinapine thiocyanate extraction technology optimization
【摘要】 目的筛选并优化莱菔子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以芥子碱硫氰酸盐含量作为考察指标,对加水量,溶剂pH值,干燥温度为因素优选莱菔子中芥子碱硫氰酸盐水煎煮法提取工艺。结果确定了芥子碱硫氰酸盐提取最佳工艺参数,即药材加6倍量水,溶剂pH值为5.5,干燥温度为60℃。结论按照最佳提取工艺验证,芥子碱硫氰酸盐提取率较高,该提取工艺简便,成本低,准确易行。
【Abstract】 Objective Screening and optimization of radish seed sinapine thiocyanate extraction.Methods Using orthogonal experimental design, to sinapine thiocyanate content as the index, to adding water, solvent, pH, drying temperature factor selecting radish seed sinapine thiocyanate in brine boiling extraction technology. Results Identified sinapine thiocyanate extraction process parameters, namely the medicine adding 6 times amount of water, solvent, pH value of 5.5, drying temperature of 60℃ Conclusion Ahccording to the optimum extraction process validation, sinapine thiocyanate extraction rate is higher, the extraction process is simple, low cost, accurate and feasible.
