【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜在青春期少女妇科急腹症的应用及治疗价值。方法回顾分析246例青春期少女妇科急腹症患者临床资料,其中142例行腹腔镜手术治疗(腹腔镜组),104例行开腹治疗(开腹组)。比较两组的术中及术后结果。结果 142例腔镜组患者均手术成功。腹腔镜组术中出血量、症状体征缓解时间、体温恢复正常时间、抗生素应用时间、平均住院时间较开腹组明显缩短,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组无明显术后并发症发生。结论腹腔镜治疗幼青春期少女妇科急腹症安全、有效,而且较传统开腹术式有缩短病程、减少手术时间和创伤、术后恢复快等优点,尤其适用于青春期少女的妇科急腹症患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of treatment acute gynecological abdomen with laparoscopy in adolescent girls.Methods 246 cases of adolescent girls with acute gynecological abdomen were analyzed,142 cases of them were treated with laparoscopic surgery(laparoscopy group),and the other 104 cases were treated with regular abdominal surgery(laparotomy group).The operation processing and results of two groups were compared.Results All the cases of the laparoscopy group were successfully operated.The hemorrhage in operation,the time of operation,signs and symptoms remission,temperature normal,using antibiotics,average hospital stay in the laparoscopy group were significantly least or shorter than those of the laparotomy group,there were statistical difference in two groups(P<0.05).Surgical complications of laparoscopy group were significantly lower than those of the laparoscopy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of laparoscopy in acute gynecological abdomen of adolescent were safe and effective.Compared with traditional operation,the laparoscopic operation of acute gynecological abdomen had advantages of shortening the time of recovery,reducing the operation time and trauma,and it also had better post-operation recovery and was especially suitable to the cases of adolescent girl.更多还原
