【摘要】 目的观察胺碘酮片治疗老年性心律失常的疗效。方法收集老年性心律失常患者48例,随机分组患者为观察组28例,给予胺碘酮片0.2 g/次,2次/d口服;对照组20例患者,给予心得安5mg/次,2次/d口服;疗程结束后观察两组患者的疗效。结果观察组总有效率为92.9%,对照组为80%;观察组心电图总有效率86.7%,对照组为75%;两组间在临床症状和心电图改善方面比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮片能有效治疗老年性心律失常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapy of amiodarone tablets by oral medication treating senile arrhythmia.Methods We randomly divided 48 patients owned senile arrhythmia into a control group(n= 20) and a treatment group(n = 28).Observation group given amiodarone tablets twice a day,0.2 g every time while the control group given propranolol twice a day,5 mg every time.After that treatment observe the therapy of the two groups patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.9%,80% in the control group.Electrocardiogram total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7%,75% in the control group,there was significant difference in clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram improvement aspects between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone had significant effective in treatment of senile arrhythmia.更多还原
