倍他乐克的不良反应

【摘要】 目的本文探讨倍他乐克临床使用不良反应发生的最小剂量、人群分布及主要类型。方法汇总分析国内外临床、实验报道。结果一般发生不良反应时最小剂量为50mg/d,主要人群分布为年老患者、合并相关疾病、联合用药的患者。主要不良反应有过敏反应、低血压、窦性心动过缓、气道阻力增加、新发糖尿病危险、性功能障碍、睡眠障碍。结论目前在国内基层医院倍他乐克已成为β受体阻滞剂代表药物,已成为心血管专科医师常用处方药物。随着使用剂量增加至大于50mg/d及联合用药、长期使用或突然停药不良反应发生增加。临床使用中必须全面了解并掌握它的药理作用及临床适应证、不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Betaloc is a β1 adrenergic receptor blockade effect mainly (cardiac selective) drugs can inhibit the sympathetic nerve activity and catecholamine action, so that the slowing of the heart rate, decreased myocardial contractility, reduce heart work, reduce the myocardial oxygen consumption, so that the myocardial oxygen supply relationship in the low level balance recovery at the same time, improving myocardial ischemia region of the blood and oxygen supply, so that tissue oxygen utilization rate increased, thereby improving myocardial metabolism. With Betaloc’s extensive application, adverse reactions have to be reported, this paper explores Betaloc using clinical adverse reactions of the smallest dose, population distribution and main types.
