【摘要】 目的探讨BiPAP呼吸机对治疗COPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法采用随机对照试验方法,治疗组23例,均予以常规治疗,加用BiPAP呼吸机治疗,对照组22例,仅予以常规治疗。对两组患者的血气分析、心率改善等指标进行比较。结果治疗组血气分析、心率改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BiPAP呼吸机对COPD合并轻中度呼吸衰竭的患者疗效肯定,有助患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of BiPAP breathing apparatus on chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD)combined with respiratory failure.Methods Randomized controlled trial was used and routine therapy and BiPAP breathing apparatus were employed in the 23 cases of the treatment group,while only routine therapy was used in the 22 cases of the control group.The differences of blood gas analysis changes of vital signs,tracheal cannula rate of patients and days of hospitalization before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The blood gas analysis,heart rate in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion BiPAP breathing apparatus has positive effects on patients of COPD combined with light and moderate respiratory failure,which helps the recovery of patients.更多还原
