【摘要】 目的探讨肌间血管瘤的最佳治疗方法。方法用介入方法,术前注入平阳霉素碘油并明胶海绵堵塞供血血管后手术切除血管瘤。结果术中出血少,术后复发率低。结论血管介入平阳霉素加碘油注射后栓塞主干血管后手术切除血管瘤治疗肌间血管瘤是比较彻底安全的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the best therapy of intermascular hemangioma.Methods Used interventional therapy,injecting the mixture of Bleomycin A5 and lipiodol and gelfoam to block up blood-supply vessels of intermascular hemangioma preoperative,then used surgery operation to cut it.Results This method had low blooding intraoperative and low recurrence rate postoperative.Conclusion Injecting the mixture of bleomycin A5 and lipiodol and gelfoam to block up blood-supply blood vessels of intermascular hemangioma preoperative,then use surgery operation to cut it,is a rather thoroughly safe remedy.更多还原
