【Abstract】 Immediate implants which can effectively maintain the height and width of the alveolar ridge,has been widely used in clinical practice.Because of the molar’s anatomical characteristics,often there is a certain gap between the implant and bone tissue during the immediate implantation,affecting the initial stability of the implant and the effective osseointegration of the implant and bone.In this paper,how should deal with the gap between the implant and bone was discussed.更多还原
