【摘要】 目的调查辽宁省各级综合医院口腔科在机构和人员方面的配置情况,探讨综合医院口腔科在口腔医疗机构中的功能定位。方法采用普查的方法,将调查表格分发到辽宁省各级口腔医疗机构中。应用EpiData 3.02软件建立数据库,采用SPSS12.0软件包对资料进行统计分析。结果辽宁省2155所口腔医疗机构中,综合医院口腔科占26.2%;在全省5617名口腔医生中,31.5%服务于综合医院口腔科,职称和学历均高于口腔诊所或门诊部。共有全科医生2909名,在综合医院口腔科任职的占综合医院口腔科医生总数的61.7%;仅有9名医生从事口腔预防工作,占综合医院口腔科医生总数的0.5%。结论综合医院口腔科在管理上应建立口腔全科诊疗思维,成为与全身疾病相关的口腔疾患诊治中心、口腔全科医生的培养中心及区域内的口腔预防保健中心。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and design the function of the stomatology department in general hospital in Liaoning province.Methods The data of institutions and manpower were collected by mass examination using tables filled by every institution and each personal,and analyzed by using Epidata 3.02 and SPSS 12.0 software package.Results There were 2155 dental institutions and 5617 dentists in Liaoning province.About 26.2% of institutions were stomatology department in general hospital.Among the 5617 dentists,31.5% served in stomatology department in general hospital,and their title and degree were higher than the dentists in dental clinics.There were 2909 general dentists in Liaoning province,and about 61.7% served in general hospital.Only 0.5% dentists were engaged in preventive dentistry.Conclusion The general dental treatment thinking should be established in the stomatology department in general hospital.They should become the center of oral disease diagnosis and treatment associated with systemic disease,the training center for general dentists and the oral health care center.更多还原
