川芎对豆腐果苷的促吸收与增效作用研究

【摘要】 目的:对川芎对豆腐果苷的增效进行探索性研究。方法:采用大鼠离体外翻小肠吸收试验,于37℃恒温水浴中实验,以台试液为接收液,以累积渗透量为评价指标,考察川芎对豆腐果苷吸收情况的影响;采用硝酸甘油致大鼠偏头痛模型,以一次性sc硝酸甘油10 mg.kg-1造模,以5-羟色胺(5-HT)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)为评价指标,考察川芎对豆腐果苷药效的影响。结果:川芎可将豆腐果苷累积渗透量从53.72μg提高至335.48μg,可显著增加豆腐果苷的药效(P<0.05)。结论:川芎不仅对豆腐果苷起到吸收促进作用,还兼有增效的作用,显示了中药的"药辅合一"作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study synergistic effect of Chuanxiong Rhizoma with helicid.Method:Using in vitro absorption model of rat,effects of Chuanxiong Rhizoma on absorption of helicid were observed and accumulation absorptive amount(Q) was calculated.Rat migraine model was induced by nitroglycerin,level of 5-HT and CGRP were measued.Result:Q value of helicid with rhizoma chuanxiong was enhanced from 53.72 μg to 335.48 μg,increased pharmacodynamic action(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chuanxiong Rhizoma not only promote absorption of helicid,but increase pharmacodynamic action.Thus,the research result demonstrates the function of ’unification of drug and adjuvant’.
