【摘要】 近年来,构建和谐图书馆这一话题逐渐引起学界的关注,对构建和谐图书馆方面的研究取得了一定的进展,主要包括四个方面:一是对创建和谐的图书馆环境的研究;二是对如何搞好图书馆和谐的内部关系的研究;三是对如何完善图书馆文献资源建设和如何创建良好的管理制度的研究;四是对如何搞好图书馆外部和谐的研究。当然,我们在看到成绩的同时也应注意到其研究在理论、内容、方法等方面存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the topic of building a harmonious library has caused growing attention and received satisfying results.It mainly contains four aspects:first,the research on creating a harmonious environment;second,the research on how to create a harmonious internal relationship;third,the research on how to improve the construction of literature resources and how to build a good management system;fourth,the research on how to build a harmonious external relationship.In spite of that,we should also pay attention to the potential issues in theory,contents and methods.更多还原
