【摘要】 目的建立一种快速、简易的检测霍乱弧菌O139群的胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)。方法利用胶体金免疫层析技术,采用双抗体夹心法检测霍乱弧菌O139群,对该法进行敏感性、特异性和稳定性分析。与细菌培养法对比检测184份临床标本。结果该法能在10min内完成检测;该试纸条仅与霍乱弧菌O139群阳性样品发生特异性反应;检测霍乱弧菌O139群的最低检出浓度为1×105cfu/mL;与细菌培养法对比检测184份临床标本,特异性和灵敏度均达100%。结论新建立的霍乱弧菌O139群胶体金免疫层析试验简便、快速,特异性和灵敏度较好,适用于现场样品的快速筛查。更多还原

【Abstract】 The objective was to develop a rapid and simple colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay(GICA)for the detection of Vibrio cholerae group O139.A colloidal gold immunochromatographic test based on double-antibody sandwich assay for detecting Vibrio cholerae group O139was developed.Its sensitivity,specificity and stability were then evaluated.A total of 184clinical specimens were determined with the prepared GICA,and the results were compared with those by bacterial culture.Typical detecting time was less than 10min per sample.The positive samples produced a positive signal on immunochromatographic strip;whereas the negative one did not.The sensitivity of the test was 105cfu/mL.Both the specificity and sensitivity of the prepared GICA in determination of 184clinical specimens were 100%.The gold-immunochromatographic test appears to be a rapid,convenient,specific and sensitive test for detecting Vibrio cholerae group O139on site.更多还原
