【Abstract】 The model of Socio-Technical Interaction Networks(STIN) provides an effective conceptual tool for us to analyze the shaping of pure electronic journal.According to STIN,the shaping of pure electronic journal is the process of complex interaction between technology on one hand,and readers,authors,editing board,and publishers on the other.As a result,the pure electronic journal as technical artifact was constructed and produced.This means that the acceptance of any innovation depends not only on the feasibility and relative advantage of technology,but also on the interactions and mutual restraint related to technology among economic,social,political,and ideological fartors of social context in which technology is embedded.更多还原
