【摘要】 目的回顾总结少年及儿童胆囊结石患者的外科治疗体会。方法分析2009年4月至2011年4月在我院诊治的48例少年及儿童急性结石性胆囊炎患者的临床特征、手术时机与方法、围手术期处理等。结果本组48例病例经手术治疗,治愈46例,占96.0%;3例术后并发切口感染,占6.3%;1例肺部感染,占2.1%;1例胆总管结石残余,占2.1%。结论少年及儿童胆囊结石患者的临床症状不典型,必须要把握好手术时机及方法。手术时间窗是手术成功的重要条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize juveniles and children of patients with gallstone surgical treatment.Methods Forty-eight cases of juveniles and children with acute cholecystitis the clinical characteristics,timing and method of operation,perioperative treatment from April 2009 to April 2011 in our hospital.Results Forty-eight cases treated by surgery,cured 46 cases,accounting for 96.0 %,three cases of postoperative wound infection in 6.3 %,one case of pulmonary infection,accounting for 2.1 %,one case of residual common bile duct stones,accounting for 2.1 %.Conclusions Youth and children of patients with clinical symptoms of gallbladder stones is not typical,we must grasp the timing and method of operation.Operation time window is an important condition for successful operation.更多还原
